Thank you for posting that, very interesting to watch. Personally, I thought the information, messaging and confidence levels were on point, but JZ would benefit from some training/coaching around his presence and demeanor. IMO he looked like he would rather have been having a root canal than being there! Should have delegated if didnt want to be there.
