It would not surprise me if most ($20m?) is for a gravity separation circuit and DMS circuit for the Butcherbird plant. They could not fix that with their cash flow while tonnes and grade were way below expectations. That's why they have been struggling for 18 months; they could not do it without a capital raise.
The HPMSN hype looks promising, but don't expect any cash flow from the ore business until the mill is fixed. I'm not yet tempted to buy back in. Perhaps a direct question should be asked of management about the proposed mill rectification cost. The last CR was for Stage 2!!
