Fully agree with your analysis but broker valuations are not the price paid on market that's why the market values this at about 20 to 22 C. Many shares remain below broker valuation for many many years and to realisticly believe that someone will pay 40c is beyond believable to me. This company was trading at 12c not long ago.

Stx iis undervalued but may remain so for many years until they start producing so Euroz valuation isn't worth anything unless you have someone who is willing to paY¡
