My wish has come true. Riluzole concurrently with Monepantel.
This has somewhat changed from a Phase 1 , to a Phase 1b/2 trial.
Lumbar puncture assays on some participants. Bloods on others. Comparison of autophagic markers .
Evaluation of motor skill markers.
How many times have we failed a trial ?
On course again for another successful mission.
The true hope is we can make a positive outcome for our trial patients, and for the treatment of MND in general.
Well done to MND Foundation/PAA for providing us with an extremely useful webinar..
