You really think that if the deal goes through they will get a better deal the second time around? No chance, the next potential partner will squeeze MEO for even more than the first as their position is markedly worse the second time around. Management performance on this deal from day one has been horrible, there is more to a deal than just terms and in this case the whole process has been managed horribly.
