See this time and time again in the decades I have traded the Aussie equity markets. Retail cries and sulks when its not included in capital raises in small caps, despite a small dilution and a brief share price dip (but nowhere near the discounted price), whereas when it gets included, demand is limited and the stock all too often dips to the offer price.
Picking up stock anywhere around the price on the secondary market and taking my full company offer entitlement.
