Just throwing it out there. Perhaps someone has/is looking into this. There have been many representations by EOS that have turned out to be false/misleading and potentially fraudulent, which, but for the statements, investors would not have purchased shares.
eg In August 2021: "EOS is in advanced negotiations with existing customers for more than $1B worth of new contracts to be awarded in next six months"
Perhaps EOS would not be able to produce evidence of "advanced negotiations" or "contracts". Were these contracts on a determined schedule, or was the statement "to be awarded in the next six months" simply designed to mislead investors?
There was no update subsequent to this (that I can see). Was there an actual negotiation between EOS and another party, or was it imaginary?
I am certain that many shareholders who have lost money would not have invested if not for this statement. I think EOS should be made to provide proof, that: two parties were engaged, that the value of a potential contract as understood by both parties was $1 billion, and that there was a timeline (within 6 months).
What do people think?
