I am not missing any point. I know that. Everybody knows. Unfortunately you guys here missing the point IMO.
The point is that;
It would be much better if a mojar would drill Artemis. MEO has money to drill only one hole. One chance! This is the reality. If there would be a problem on this first well drilling, (as KAR had on Posedion-1) there is no chance for the second. However a major would be able to drill at least 3 holes.
SO CUE and MOG will be the losers if MEO fails. Don't tell me we may get it back and give to someone else to drill. A lot of other different things may happen over the time and CUE and MOG may lose their permits or benefits. Maybe that is what Petrochina is trying to do. Chinese have ship load of patience.
