What about the potentially massive dilution to the shareholders caused by this mis-timed cap raise, done when the SP has crashed to an all time low, following a >95% destruction (from the peak) of shareholders capital ? And you think the SP will now move up ? I don't see much positive sentiment at all towards this company right now. It the SP moves up in the near term, it will be a miracle. The only way I see any chance of moving up is in response to some positive news from AMS concerning revenues/earnings.
