there is no logic to your post, how is size of parcel related to sell price?
Anyway, it's not a large parcel, but I didn't sell at $2 because it wasn't my target valuation given what we knew then. And now we know more and IMHO we're worth even more with the new info.
My idea is a market cap of about a billion so I'll plan to take some off the table then and buy me and my mate a Donzi each.
