No not worried at all as Coby addressed this in detail at today's presentation. Maybe you should have attended given your continuous interest in trying to disrupt the positive momentum on this thread.
In Coby's own words "he started opening champagne bottles" as it is far more important that other T1 fabs and customers are now chasing ReRam to make sure TSMC doesn't leave them behind. The shift towards ReRam is now legitimised. As a result fab and customer engagements have accelerated significantly. TSMC is using 40nm and we are capable of going lower as we all know except you it seems. In answer to a question about how low our geometry can go Coby stated there is no boundary.
