As share holders? If the greater number of holders are against a take over.Cant they have the last say? Why would we agree to price offered by a company that has deliberately kept price down at levels that are not realistic for the treatment that may or may not save numerous lives? Input from Robhood etc with knowledge of how this works would be appreciated. Not fully up to speed on all of these manipulations yet.Doesnt majority rule anymore?Or is it just a big players game
