If they were not sure about Toll Treating they would not have mentioned it.
It could be a great way to get a quick $130M revenue less Toll fees. As well it would give them learnings of recovery of the flow sheet.
They would be mad not to consider it. It could pay off half the debt or conduct Buy Backs.
