I guess because there is nothing for him to explain. He's presumably protecting our long term interests as Stefanis, OzAlien and others have tried to explain.
You want him to explain why he is working in the interests of CUE shareholders rather than in the interests of MEO shareholders/daytraders? The ASX doesn't require him to do that, nor do his shareholders.
Relax, what is good for the Todds in this is good for small CUE shareholders, and I am sure the Todds will make sure Bob Coppin looks after us all. Might not suit MEO though, but then he's not paid by them (or by you as a nonholder).
