... too hard to install ? - pmg, telecom and now telstra will get a service going - no matter where it is or how difficult - that is the nature of the job .... ....
... i dont think there is a potential service anywhere that has no service due to difficulty ....
... if something is " concreted in " during construction - thats is okay a new entry point will get installed at the customers expense but company expertise ....
