ASX continuos disclosure rules 3.1 and 3.1a state that if materially sensitive information is received then the officer in charge will have to notify ASX immediately , if the information requires further validation then a Trading Halt is requested.
Reading between the lines, if we do not get a TH request today then as Butcherano suggested BH might be compiling a detailed comprehensive report rather than piecemeal and its safe to assume, Scott is not privy too as we speak.
