Dan ran a good ship at WSA, operationally delivered on a consistent basis. Made some sensible bolt on acquisitions that kept the lights on at WSA.
If he can replicate that at SBM it should be a good thing. What have been the weaknesses at SBM, operationally couldn't get it right and poor acquisitions. Can he synchronise the operations to perform as expected, that might be a tough gig, it will depend on getting management to work and and a supportive board.
