    I would prefer someone who is incentivised to drive real value. That’s why I was making the point of not incentivising him with potential huge rewards that primarily rely on thumb-twiddling (the execution of the P2b trial by the CRO).

    How much is a “decent chunk” of the 67 million options you suggest? 20 million? Potential 3rd highest shareholder status in 18 months or earlier with zero risk? The point Sam, I, and I others are making is that an ESOP option incentive (in aggregate) of say 3% of the company could be awarded from the normal placement allowance, without the need for Res 2.

    Anyway, we’ll see how the votes go today. It will be interesting. At a minimum, the BoD should be aware of the need for some rationalising of rewards.
