conclusions of the Study will be realised. Further, the Company cautions that there

realised. Further exploration and evaluation work and appropriate studies are
required before Toro will be in a position to estimate any Ore Reserves or to provide
any assurance of an economic development case.

Also all the crap that Vanadium could be some kind of back door to develop the project, all rubbish.
