from what I remember though he was non-exec but he was involved, similar to this? a non-exec director actually has say as well and can block or go ahead with steering the direction of the company actually.

Seeing he wants to come back in, not sure why he resigned in the first place.
He was very invested in the other company too from memory but we shall see, time will tell.

By what you are saying though the chairman as well is non-exec, so who is running the company then?
I hope it does not go the way of the other two companies as they have a good asset here, market is just not interested in all the problems going on.

I say Glenn and Adam just remain shareholders and get in a new board then will get things done. Both can get their shares go up in value instead.
