    They have given themselves plenty of flexibility with a dividend policy rate of 60-90% of NPAT.

    Sure calling something 'special' (say that like Bruce McAvaney would), may give something a little bit more advertising and interest. But if they do it every quarter, it will start to loss it's 'special' appeal.

    Of course, I do like Christmas presents.
