Yes, I agree, there is nothing new in it, it is just better articulated.
I think it also increases their credibility - they announced something in the newsletter that did happen. It may sound silly as it was just 24 hours apart, but they haven't always walked the talk.
The other factor is that it is going to give the market confidence that the second element of their canning plan will also eventuate - and this is the big one, the partnership.
They have been very clear, by saying that these tests results will be the determining factor... so we may get there a bit sooner than initially thought.
With all these good news, I am surprised to see so many sellers at the 15/16c level. Why don't they wait the sp to be over the 20c level? It shouldn't take long...
