Another stock I hold did an SPP off the back of positive news late last year. There’s a couple of things they did really well which BOT are not doing:

- comms were super clear about exactly what trials the money would be used for and how that would affect strategy ie ‘if you guys put in a we can progress b and if you also put in x we can do y’. This was well received by SH.

- the raise was done at a discount to the market price, making it attractive for existing retail - some could trade it easily for a small profit but also was good for longs.

I feel BOT has missed a trick with this raise. I’ve no idea what the upside (or downside) would be if they don’t get it filled. They have also not made it attractive enough financially, people have been buying on market this week at 0.06

As I said above I’m happy with the size of my position and the risk that entails but I don’t want to go in any further.
