Unfounded because

-nf directorship of ajn is actually disclosed in annual reports

given that ajn has apparently changed from gold company to coMpeting for minerals in the direct area with Avz - ( when which is unclear ) - as one would assume an exploration permit in drc wouldn’t change from gold to something completely different when going to mining permit from exploration permits- I still believe there is a conflict of interest and his resignation as director should have been disclosed with the explanation given last night earlier

he resigned as director of ajn this Year just before Avz suspension presumably when he became aware of ajn changing its focus from gold, sure seems odd given the ajn exploration permits - but surely the market should have been advised-

ie as previously noted in annual reports- nf has resigned as director ajn on this date, because ajn changed its focus from gold to direct competition with Avz for similar resoirces in the surrounding area of Avz tenament and a conflict arose- nf remains a substantial shareholder of this company and last purchased shares on this date- he will not be purchasing any further shares in ajn which appears to now be in direct competition with Avz
