I off course encourage a safer work place too, but the contradictions are appalling. Eg. Forced injections with unknown long term consequences always seems to be looked over.
So da big boys get in HX’s , no more brickie teams required , but a couple are spared for brick tying and they will be kept as casuals employees off course.
Smart businesses, if you get my drift.
