    I wouldnt be surprised if we see a substantial holding notice soon. Looks to me as someone accumulating, too consistant at 15.5 and 16c trades going through in medium parcels ie 10, 15, 20k at a time , what puzzles me is that there seems to be a continual supply at 16c
