A 1 off payment for short term CEO will be given to Mr Graham for $125,000.
The farewell written by Peter Botten talks about the development of Great Cobar and Federation.
So basically Peter Botten has no idea what he is doing, and they have agreed to pay a salary $585,000 for a temp CEO plus a $125 non recourse bonus.
Whole board needs to go. This needs to be taken over or sold off, board is going to kill it more.
6 months and a new CEO comes along, 6 months later he works out the rest of the board is crap, that's another year passed and further in the crapper and guess what, still no one on the board that knows what is going on.
