I think the LWD tool failed.
They have wireline logged all the upper section but SM stated had they had the packers they could have possibly got a sample from the 200.....but I have no idea how that was possible if they didn't have the equipment??
I think Maltshovel is most likely right in that they had a tool but it also failed and are replacing it.......but who knows??
I suspect SM is treading a fine line between making someone at BH ears bleed and getting the job done.
Any way you slice it BH have been a disaster and not what you would expect from a global player.
