    lol ... such a smart BOD we have that on the day of price sensitive announcement stock doesn't even trade even after half day is gone

    Vote in AGM and before voting check education relevance to the industry and past performance in other companies they managed of all new Board member and then decide how you wanted to VOTE not how I voted ..... IMO ... ... !
