questions have to be aske as to what was the motive and reasoning behind the attack on the old board and the push to gain control of the company...surely you dont fight hard to control a company thats going under..unless the sleaze have a plan that will benefit management and give nothing to the shareholders...just like AYN did to MMN shareholders..you can be sure the big "M" is behind this plot.
