Great work ... nicely presented. I'm keen to see the updated holdings numbers from the 2.8cCR recently ... should have been updated for the AGM.

Normally a "significant" shareholder has to update the market formally if their increased holding increases their percentage ownership of the company by 1%, or even in this case drops them out of the 5% "significant" level.

007 The recent T20 says 578,048240 shares and TT+M = 31.204m 5.4%

With the new raise being 125m (inc Director shares to be approved) ... 578 + 125 = 703,048,240 shares

So 007 for pro-rata would receive 6,750,000 of these 2.8's. Up to nearly 11 million extras before triggering the 6% level.

Perhaps they'll take ten million of them without the need for another significant shareholder notice ... be interested to see what it says on the shareholding register.
