    Hey Paulpog,
    Nothing too sinister!!!
Last year when VLA was sub 4c, I sold all my VLA shares and bought VLAO at 1c. (I was a top 20 investor in VLA)
The idea was to have some form of leverage. For example if VLA goes from 4c to 8c, you double your money. If VLAO goes from 1c to 5c (5 + 3 = 8) then you increase your investment 5 fold!!!
What I am doing now is merely the reverse!!!
I'm converting my options back to shares!!!
I am happy to sell any of my options at a 0.2 c discount. But when the discount is 0.5c or more,I have been buying more options and conveting them straight away and then selling the new VLA shares to fund the other convertions. I should end up,on 29/06/2010, with twice as many VLA shares, with twice the value as what I had last year, without any further investment!!! (maybe top 10!!!)
I'm just pointing out that anyone can do this and it's just their lack of imagination or knowledge that prevents them from doing so.
I whole heartedly believe in VLA 100%. Any VLA shares that I am selling to convert more options, I do sell into the market responsibly. (I needs to sell or convert and sell 30% of my options to fund the full conversion of the other 70% ; Otherwise, I would need to find $120,000+ cash!!!)
    So there is my explanation
    Cheers
