Hi Rob,

Alternative view maybe that the side agreements made the deal a bit sweeter for PF down the track as only 50% interest but 100% costs upfront seemed a bit expensive from a commercial perspective in my view.

PF wore all the costs for 50% share while MEO, MOG and Cue were free carried first well with other 50% shared.Cue obviously didnt like the side agreement and ran into rabbit hole with a carrot.

Only my view.
