It seems to me on reading the announcement that Ellingford has only stood down as chairman and that he is still a director. If this company was serious he would be completely gone. Another titbit for you case study on how not to run a company. Clearly the values of this company are so low that they believe Ellingford has done nothing wrong and that he needs to stay on as a disector. We all know why he is staying on and wasn't sacked from the board.
