The dairy industry has been in decline in Aust for years. The Pittsworth Cheese Factory was closed a few years ago. That beautiful award winning Pittsworth Mild is no more. Our local grocer liked it as much as I did, and would buy a full round. I would buy a 1KG wedge from him regularly.
