Thank you Rustydog62. But I'm still asking the rather basic question - and that is, If IBX:AUD (mostly Aussie) investors have stumped up all the funds then why aren't all the patents owned by IBX:AUD and licensed to its US subsidiary.
Also, if there is going to be a further CR then don't the investors who take up the CR have a right to demand that IBX:AUD take security for the funds that will be advanced to its US subsidiary from the CR? Just asking.
