Interesting take there topcat1! It does surprise me that major holders such as Gold Tiger and Sandon have accepted a decade of poor performance despite double digit margins, particularly Sandon, who pride themselves on activism and working with stakeholders for better outcomes. Certainly doesn’t seem to be the case here with OCI! Given the Forstaff turnaround success Trevor led, he has my vote!
I look forward to the AGM presentation on Tuesday. I’m guessing there’ll be an emphasis on “Investing for future growth” to go with the 9 years of focus, transformation and restructuring that has been done to death! At least our CEO has significant skin in the game now though!

2016 - Transformation continues - rebrand to Ignite.
2017 - Clear Mission & Vision - Back in Black strategy.
2018 - Investment in Leadership - Maximising opportunities.
2019 - Restructure Leadership team - Lloyd Morgan China divestment.
2020 - Strategic Focus - Retain, acquire viable new customers, identity bolt on opportunities.
2021 - New Leadership - Create shareholder value - capital appreciation & income stream.
2022 - ?? - Three year plan.
