Absolutely agree. A balance of views is very important and posters such as Mer who sometimes comes across as critical are at least backing it up with reasoning, which I really appreciate. Thanks Mer!
However, ones that just say things such as this company is sh1t, with no reason aren't contributing anything, only showing their emotional frustration, disappointment, anger, whatever.
