orginally it was suppose to be June
then got moved to end of 3rd qtr / early fourth - that was a clarification in June announcement
then last month it was confirmed to “on track for 4th qtr” and recently confirmed for “on track for Nov”
so twice
if we don’t get it in nov then 3
