Normally I would agree with you on most of your points, they are valid.
However the SP has /had been tanking all year.
It will take time to free ourselves from the anchor holding us down.

The old BoD were just noses in the trough, not even going through the motions.
I was almost disparing with where we were going.
It was not looking good at all.
Like the rest/most of us here....somewhat stuck, I'm in the red as well.
There is no way in hell i would have been in support of consolidation with the old BoD.

After looking into M.C's history however, I am now surprisingly confident of our future.
In fact I'm still a bit surprised TSC managed to get anyone of his caliber.
On the basis of M.C. only, I will vote for consolidation.
I believe he has a plan going forward, and I'm on for the ride.
Anyway it all makes for good discussion....we all have our opinions, time will tell.
