    IMO it will be Wednesday our time as per the announcement to ASX. It would depend on the USA auditors having the review to the Australian Auditors in sufficent time.

    The audit review process continues, the Australian auditors of Imperial Corporation Limited are yet to receive the final audit report from the United States auditors for the subsidiary companys 31 December 2009 financial year report.
    The Company anticipates the lodgement will now be effected no later than Wednesday 24 March 2010.
