As Coby mentioned it will be a name that even those NOT in semiconductor industry will know .. my money is on Intel .
Reasons ..
1. A comment like that suggests it's a household name , ie ,, from the top Apple , Samsung ,Intel , maybe AMD .. just names linked with phones and computers . The average person outside of the industry would not know of Global Foundries Or Tower .
2. Dadi's connnections at Intel .. I would imagine all the long termers got in early simply for one main reason . Why was Dadi involved with this ?
7 years later he is still here and his connections within this industry are priceless and right at this point in time with dealing with the Tier 1 companies especially valuable .
3 . Both companies are Israeli based , that reason alone causes an extremely strong connection .
4.The announcement that automotive was being pushed along . Intel will be big in that space with its acquisition of Mobileye for $15 billion odd and our technology will help expedite the introduction of truly autonomous vehicles .
5 . Coby said the Tier 1 company was coming to THEM to ask for lower geometries in the teens and below .. another hint .
In my opinion, for those reasons and I'm sure many others this announcement when it comes will be massive for our company .
Just to read the two names Weebit Nano and Intel linked in an official announcement will be enough to dare I say "accelerate" our share price .
We wait , but not much longer .Exciting times ahead for sure .
