    Dont disagree with the possibility of a dampening of growth or pull back with HwB, there are always risks.
    One of the big attractions is that it has a 'lazy' balance sheet, which can easily weather interest rate rises.
    Agree NHC and some select coal players have good returns, however have their own pros and cons.
