    When the Cairn, Cop, Far JV made a discovery off Senegal in SNE -1 they announced a 2c double pre drill estimates within days.
    Its roughly doubled that since then.
    Im interested in how CNE could book 2c so quickly but Ivz can't or shouldn't?
    Sne was oil with a gas cap. The gas was not included in the 2c.
