re: Ann: Major Tin/Tungsten Resource Upgrade ... These are just early days of establishing the resources and the SP reflects that, BRM, FMG, were all at a similar stage a few years back. How many of use now wish we had bought in when they were trading at 40c....that speculation for you.
Find a company that has identified a Valid resource, establish if there is a market for it, see if you think they can reasonably get the resource to market (local Infrastructure), do you believe the management has the will and ability to achieve that. If the answer is yes to all than buy ...if the answer is no to any don't buy.
