    Hi Stirer,

    What is $16.6 mil minus $400k = $16.2mil

    This means WKT has not raised the minimum required under the prospectus and needs to obtain shareholder approval for the $400k.

    I really wonder if WKT now needs to return the shareholders funds to the Trust account, until they resolve this breach in the ASX rules.
