I don't believe CHM is interested in pursuing "immune disorders & viral infectious diseases".
It's more for the purpose of locking away the CORE-NK platform so that big pharma won't see this as a roadblock in partnering or acquiring us further down the line.
If/when such a time comes when big pharma is seeking to partner or acquire us, they would want to own the entirety of the IP.
