I think you just need to be patient. I reckon a buy in the low 80's or high 70's is possible to maximise the dividend return. But TBH the dividend yield here is so insane that any buy is basically gonna print money but the market is more or less asleep on these types of plays because everyone just chases the elusive "10 b@ggers"
