Reputations of some of the so called heavy weight directors on the Sigma board will surely be brought under scrutiny if not ruined after this affair is done with.

Quite obviously the checks and balances in corporate Australia are still way too loose if situations like this are possible.
Sigma board members also sit on high profile companies such as Telstra, Nufarm, CSIRO and Healthscope...makes you wonder.
