A Question...
If there are in total 23,000 shareholders does the Scheme require half ie 11,500 (plus one) to vote No (or yes) in order for the SOA to fail (or succeed) or is it just the shareholders that cast a valid vote on the Scheme that need 50% (plus one) either way... TIA for reply.
